Senior Satellite Production Engineer

ICEYE is seeking a Senior Satellite Production Engineer to play a key role in their fast-paced, innovative world of satellite production. This position is crucial for driving the transition of designs from early-stage R&D into scalable, high-quality manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between teams developing cutting-edge satellite technologies and the production line, ensuring that designs move seamlessly into production environments that can support repeated manufacturing with rigorous test coverage. This role focuses on small satellites and similar platforms, with an emphasis on rapid prototyping and iterative improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Continuously developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes
• Planning, specifying, validating, and implementing new equipment, processes, and facilities
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including R&D and production
• Managing the development and approval of production tools, equipment, and JIGs

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in managing manufacturing processes at scale
• A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related technical field
• Comfort working in agile, dynamic environments
• Strong adaptability and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
