iGenius, a leading Italian AI company and one of Europe's top AI unicorns, is seeking a world-class MLOps Engineer to join their team in Milan. The role involves participating in the end-to-end process of productionizing machine learning models, from deployment to monitoring and maintaining performance. You'll work with large language models, focusing on implementing near real-time and batch inferences, and addressing data drift and model drift in production environments. iGenius develops AI solutions for highly regulated industries, including financial services and government, with a mission to democratize business knowledge. Their flagship product, Crystal, is a Decision Intelligence tool used by Fortune 500 companies. Responsibilities For MLOps Engineer
- Participate in the end-to-end process of productionizing machine learning models
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain performance of machine learning models
- Work with large language models
- Implement near real-time and batch inferences
- Address data drift and model drift in production environments
Requirements For MLOps Engineer
- At least 3 years of experience as MLOps Engineer or DevOps Engineer
- Proficiency with GCP, Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of Data Versioning
- Familiarity with vector Database
- Hands-on experience in Model Lifecycle
- Proficiency with Orchestrator tool
- Knowledge of Model Serving and Deployment
- Expertise with Kubernetes
- Experience in managing Infrastructure for the horizontal scaling of deep learning models
- Experience with HPC is a plus
- An analytical thinker with a passion for data
- Proactive, comfortable working alone or as part of a team
- Super organized
- Accurate, with strong attention to detail
- English speaker
