The position requires a skilled professional with 2-5 years of experience who can handle both user support and backend IT operations. You'll be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, implementing new systems, and ensuring smooth technical operations across the organization. Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer

  • Provide end-user support across hardware, software, and systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, networking, connectivity, and application issues
  • Design and implement IT processes and SOPs
  • Set up and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi networks, and IP configurations
  • Monitor system performance and network security
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
  • Track and manage all IT assets and devices
  • Support the rollout of new systems and technology initiatives

Requirements For IT Support Engineer

Linux
  • IT-related diploma or degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support and operations
  • Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications (advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware and systems support
  • Experience with networking (routing, switching, IP addressing)
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and cloud-based tools
  • Understanding of security best practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Valid driver's license preferred
