We're seeking a skilled BPM Backend Developer to join our dynamic team and work on challenging outsourced projects. The role focuses on developing and integrating BPM solutions, requiring expertise in backend development and business process management. You'll be responsible for implementing complex business logic, ensuring seamless system integration, and creating custom solutions that extend our BPM platform capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in backend development, strong technical skills in Java and Kafka, and experience with BPM platforms, particularly IBM BAW. Responsibilities For BPM Backend Developer
- Ensure the backend logic supports the intended business requirements
- Integrate BPM solutions with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases, third-party APIs) to automate workflows and data exchanges
- Develop custom backend logic and tasks that extend the BPM platform's capabilities
- Write custom scripts, Java code, or web services to implement complex business logic
Requirements For BPM Backend Developer
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role
- Experience in process development in BPM Platforms (preferably IBM BAW) including relevant certifications
- Excellent, certified oral and written communication in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
