Responsibilities For Business Engineer
- Act as a technical consultant in the pre-sales process, collaborating with sales teams to identify customer needs
- Develop and present solution proposals that meet specific customer demands, aligned with business strategies
- Participate in meetings, technical demonstrations, and strategic presentations
- Defend proposed solutions with clear technical and commercial arguments
- Monitor market trends and technological innovations in the financial and insurance sector
- Work in partnership with Product, Marketing and After-Sales areas
Requirements For Business Engineer
- Proven experience in pre-sales or related areas in the financial sector
- Experience in consultative sales and implementation of large projects
- Solid knowledge of financial products and services, insurance and technological solutions
- Ability to build strategic relationships with high-level executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented profile with analytical and business vision
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Information Technology
- Advanced English
- Availability for travel and participation in industry events
- Must reside in São Paulo
