As an Impact.com Engineer on the SaaS Platform, you'll drive and take ownership of various technologies to build features enabling large-scale data processing. You'll be part of an Agile/Scrum team, collaborating with others while also working independently to explore new technologies and make strategic recommendations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing backend services on the cloud that power our UIs
  • Assisting frontend developers with UI changes
  • Creating powerful APIs for partners and advertisers
  • Participating in the full product lifecycle
  • Learning and teaching new technologies

We're looking for someone who is hardworking, passionate, and dedicated, with knowledge of the Spring Framework, Java, and MySQL. Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS), and a tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science are desired.

Requirements For Impact.com Engineer

Java
MySQL
  • Knowledge of Spring Framework
  • 2+ years experience using Java and MySQL
  • Experience building on cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
  • Fast learner who loves solving problems
  • Great communicator who enjoys working with other smart people
