Implementation Engineer

As an Implementation Engineer, you'll manage technical solutions for clients, design implementation plans, and handle integrations in the post-sale phase. You'll work with OSMs, resolve complex integrations, answer technical questions, and provide technical consulting for prospects in the pre-sale phase.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with company products and solutions
• Communicate with clients' tech teams for technical integrations
• Troubleshoot during technical integrations
• Collaborate with OSMs to push forward clients' onboarding projects

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience supporting SaaS products
• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or information systems
• Familiarity with JS and API development (preferred)
• Experience in technical support or technical integration projects (preferred)
• Quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
