At impact.com, we're seeking a Software Technical Services Engineer to join our Customer Engineering group. This role is perfect for someone passionate about solving client issues in a fast-paced environment. You'll be at the forefront of technical support, working with teams across New York, Santa Barbara, Cape Town, and Sydney.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop deep product knowledge of all Impact products • Manage and support existing client integrations • Identify and develop tools/reports for troubleshooting • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Solutions, and Customer Success teams • Manage incoming requests on ticketing systems • Take ownership of client technical issues from troubleshooting to resolution • Create technical help content and documentation
Ideal Candidate: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Math, or related field • 3+ years in a tech-focused role, preferably customer-facing • In-depth knowledge of Affiliate or Digital Marketing Industry • Proficient in log analysis and SQL queries • Experience with Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, REST APIs, FTP) • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • Quick learner with ability to work independently
