Responsibilities For Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack - Servicing Automation
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of customer-facing mobile apps, web applications, SDKs, APIs, databases, and third-party integrations
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across existing and new systems
- Collaborate with technical leaders and engineers to define and execute the team's technical roadmap
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of innovation
- Partner with product, finance, and compliance teams to align technical strategies
- Manage project timelines, scope, and resource allocation
- Enforce high standards in code quality, documentation, and engineering practices

Requirements For Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack - Servicing Automation
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, working across backend and frontend systems
- 5+ years leading the architecture, design, and scalability of complex software systems
- 5+ years developing using JavaScript, React.js, and full-stack technologies
- Strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance distributed systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience scaling a development team from 0 to 10+ engineers
- Proven ability to build and deliver mission-critical, 24x7 production systems
