Responsibilities For Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure - Tech Platform
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of infrastructure solutions
- Define architectural standards and best practices for critical infrastructure components
- Continuously monitor and enhance existing infrastructure
- Implement and advocate for best practices in system design, performance optimization, testing, and security
- Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering team members
Requirements For Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure - Tech Platform
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable backend systems
- 8+ years managing AWS infrastructure with deep technical expertise
- 6+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production environments
- Experience managing SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficient in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Familiar with chaos engineering principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CKA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
