Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with product managers to lead technical planning of member experience improvements
- Contributing across the full stack of web technology (frontend, API, backend)
- Designing systems spanning multiple services for consistent, fast, clean data flow
- Owning development of Treat features around telemedicine, including virtual behavioral health and primary care experiences
- Addressing issues and improving product reliability
- Identifying areas of technical debt and influencing roadmap plans
- Participating in technical decisions of the wider Applications Engineering org
- Promoting software engineering best practices

The ideal candidate should have:
- 3+ years of professional experience in building and maintaining consumer-grade web applications
- Strong understanding of full-stack web development
- Solid programming skills and CS fundamentals
- Eagerness to learn and grow both technical and non-technical skills
- Ability to become a subject matter expert in any code they work with
