- Collaborating with data engineers, backend engineers, and product managers to tackle complex fintech challenges.

- Staying at the cutting edge of AI and fintech developments, participating in code reviews, and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities For AI Engineer
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to solve real-world financial & business problems
- Transform AI research into practical applications for various use cases from product to business operations
- Work closely with data engineers, backend engineers, and product managers to tackle complex fintech challenges
- Develop scalable data pipelines, fine-tune models for performance and accuracy
- Stay at the cutting edge of AI and fintech developments
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and uphold high-quality engineering practices
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure continuous value delivery
Requirements For AI Engineer
Python
- 5+ years of applied Machine Learning experience in the industry
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., ScikitLearn, Transformers, PyTorch)
- Extensive experience with classical ML (e.g., XGBoost) as well Deep Models (e.g., RNNs)
- Demonstrated expertise in natural language processing and computer vision
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Experience with time series analysis and predictive modeling in financial contexts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for deploying AI solutions (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of data security and privacy practices in the financial sector
