Description For Full Stack Engineer (LATAM)

Infisical, the #1 open source secret management platform, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their growing team. The company, backed by Y Combinator and Gradient Ventures, processes over 1.5B secrets monthly and serves both enterprises and startups.

The role demands a versatile engineer who will work closely with the CTO and engineering team to build, optimize, and create product foundations. Key responsibilities include making the platform accessible across various tech stacks, maintaining infrastructure, and implementing advanced features like automatic secret rotation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in infrastructure management, cloud-native architecture, and proficiency in TypeScript and/or Go.

This is a remote position open to LATAM candidates, offering the opportunity to work with a team that has experience from companies like Figma, AWS, and Red Hat. The role provides significant growth potential, with chances to own particular parts of the platform end-to-end as the team expands.

Infisical offers competitive compensation including salary and equity, along with benefits such as lunch stipend and work setup budget. The company maintains an office in San Francisco but operates primarily as a remote team, organizing regular off-sites and conferences for team collaboration.

As one of the defining members of the team, you'll play a crucial role in scaling the platform to thousands of customers over the next 18 months. This position offers the unique opportunity to work on technology used by tens of thousands of developers while contributing to the growing field of secrets management in the AI world.
