Description For Systems Integration Engineer

INflow Federal is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join their team. This role involves designing, deploying, and supporting advanced technologies for the Department of Defense (DoD) networks. Key responsibilities include installing new releases of the SONIC Strike NCL Baseline, testing functionality, debugging software and system-level problems, and providing support for various test events. The ideal candidate will have a Top Secret/SCI Polygraph security clearance, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, and experience with Linux systems administration, scripting, and network operations. Responsibilities For Systems Integration Engineer

  • Installing new releases of the SONIC Strike NCL Baseline
  • Testing new and regression functionality of the NCL baseline
  • Debugging and troubleshooting software and system level problems
  • Providing assistance to Test Partition test events
  • Providing factory support to O&S engineers
  • Implementing baseline changes and responding to change requests
  • Performing technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Creating and updating automated test scripts using Python and Perl

Requirements For Systems Integration Engineer

Linux
Python
  • Top Secret/SCI Polygraph security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or similar discipline
  • Active Security+ certification
  • Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of server technologies
  • Knowledge of Communications and Information Security policies
  • Experience with update services such as Yum (RHEL flavor)
  • Experience with scripting using bash scripts and programming using Ansible
  • Experience configuring Linux firewall/routing/networking
  • Experience integrating Linux servers in Active Directory (or using LDAP/Kerberos)
  • Experience installing and configuring basic services including httpd/Apache, ftpd
  • US Citizenship
