Infrastructure Engineer (On-prem & Cloud) - Level 3

InMobi is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (On-prem & Cloud) - Level 3 to join their team in Bangalore. This role involves designing, deploying, and supporting InMobi's IT Infrastructure and Operations, including managing corporate data centers in hub offices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows AD, Azure AD, O365, Exchange, and other Microsoft technologies, as well as experience with MDM solutions like Jamf and Intune. Strong automation skills in PowerShell and Python are required, along with proficiency in Unix environments. The role also involves liaising with various teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving corporate initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and support InMobi's IT Infrastructure and Operations
• Manage corporate data centers in hub offices
• Liaison with Network Engineering and TechStop teams
• Ensure infrastructure is highly available and supported
• Be responsible for corporate governance, IT controls, and audits
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Cloud Engineering, and other Platform engineering groups
• Own technical projects and initiatives related to corporate data centers
• Deploy and support Enterprise Applications
• Define baselines and standards for corporate OS fleet, systems, and configuration management
• Write and enhance corporate IT policies
• Manage third-party vendor relationships

Required Skills and Experience:

• Deep knowledge of AD, AAD, DNS, DHCP, Radius, SSH, Print server, patch management, Citrix Hypervisor, and related technologies
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Windows AD 2012/2016
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Unified Endpoint Management components
• Strong automation skills in PowerShell and Python
• Proficiency in Unix environments
• Expertise in MDM solutions, including Jamf and Intune
• Experience with patch management and antivirus/antispam solutions
• Knowledge of RADIUS, 2-Factor Authentication, and SSH
• Ability to manage infrastructure following SLAs, SLOs, and OLAs
• Strong presentation and documentation skills
