Quality Assurance Engineer Internship Programme (Only Saudi Nationals)

InnovationTeam is a forward-thinking technology company that specializes in providing innovative solutions to businesses. We are currently seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team for an internship programme, specifically for Saudi Nationals.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer Intern at InnovationTeam, you will be primarily responsible for testing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and implemented and to-be implemented app features. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers, UX designers, app designers, and app developers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications.

This position requires a strong understanding of mobile development and testing technologies and frameworks, as well as excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating, executing, and tracking test cases using tools like JIRA and TFS
• Conducting API testing with tools like Postman
• Performing database testing using SQL queries
• Collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Participating in process enhancement initiatives
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of test cases, results, and pertinent information

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance/testing roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
• Experience with API testing and database testing
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
