Staff / Principal ML Engineer

Instawork, a rapidly growing digital marketplace connecting businesses with hourly professionals, is seeking a Staff/Principal ML Engineer to drive their artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. The role requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in quantitative analysis and machine learning implementation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in statistical techniques, machine learning methodologies, and have a strong foundation in Python and SQL. They will be responsible for building and integrating ML models into production, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving key architectural decisions that shape the company's ML platform strategy.

This position offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $210,000 to $270,000, complemented by equity in the form of stock options.
