Solutions Engineer, K12

Instructure is seeking a K12 Solutions Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity. This role combines education technology expertise with sales support, requiring the ability to demonstrate and explain how Instructure's solutions enhance teaching and learning. The position involves being the primary knowledge resource for technology and education related to Canvas, Mastery Connect, and other products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, preferably with leadership experience in K12 settings or EdTech sales. They must possess deep technical knowledge of education technology, including LMS systems, web technologies, and systems integration. The role requires excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

This remote position offers competitive compensation with a base salary range of $95,000-$120,000, plus commission potential bringing OTE to $118,000-$150,000. The company provides comprehensive benefits including equity, 401k, medical insurance, and education support. While remote, the position requires up to 60% travel, with preference for candidates in Mountain or Pacific Time zones.
