The role is remote and based in Metro Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial experience in UI development using ReactJS and proficiency in Python with asynchronous frameworks.
The position involves designing scalable frontend architectures, developing backend systems, and integrating AI models. Key responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code for both frontend and backend, collaborating on RESTful APIs and microservices, and ensuring high-quality, performant solutions.

Responsibilities For Senior Full Stack Engineer (React+Python)
- Design and develop scalable frontend architectures and reusable components using ReactJS
- Integrate AI models and ensure seamless functionality within backend services
- Follow industry best practices for frontend development, ensuring user interfaces are robust, performant, and visually appealing
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend, primarily using ReactJS for frontend and Python with SQL/NoSQL for backend
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Implement and adhere to software development best practices to meet design specifications and deliver high-quality results on time
- Diagnose and resolve issues throughout the full stack, from user interface elements to backend processes
- Continuously document changes in applications and develop updates to ensure transparency and ease of maintenance
- Create scalable backend infrastructures that support frontend operations and ensure seamless user experiences
Requirements For Senior Full Stack Engineer (React+Python)
- Proficiency in Python and experience with asynchronous frameworks like FastAPI mainly or similar Flask, or Django
- Strong experience in developing scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices
- 5+ years of commercial experience in UI development using ReactJS
- Ability to build front-end components and modules using ReactJS and TypeScript
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug backend application code
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
