People Systems Engineer

Intercom, a leading AI-powered customer service platform serving over 25,000 businesses, is seeking a Senior People Systems Engineer to join their People Systems Team. The role focuses on Workday integration development and maintenance, requiring expertise in various Workday tools and modules. As a People Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and administering Workday integrations while partnering with People teams and Business Leaders across Intercom.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of Workday integration experience and strong technical skills in integration tools like Reports-as-a-Service, Enterprise Interface Builder, and Workday Studio. You'll need to demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $123,000 - $157,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, equity, 401k matching, and flexible PTO. The role follows Intercom's hybrid working policy, requiring at least two days per week in the office.
