As a Sales Engineer for the LATAM region, you'll lead technical discussions with key prospects, ensuring they maximize Intercom's potential. You'll work closely with the Sales team in pre-sales situations, creating innovative solutions and driving onboarding, user adoption, and overall success. This role requires fluency in Portuguese and English, with 5+ years in the computer industry and 3+ years in Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting for a SaaS organization. You'll demonstrate products, conduct discovery processes, deliver configured presentations, and guide trials and proofs of concept. The ideal candidate will have experience with coding, RESTful APIs, and the ability to think strategically to overcome technical challenges. You'll work collaboratively with global teams and contribute to increasing customer retention and product adoption. Experience with Intercom and Spanish language skills are considered bonuses.
