Intercom is seeking a Sales Engineer for the LATAM region, primarily focusing on Brazil. As a Sales Engineer, you'll lead functional and technical discussions with key prospects, ensuring they get the most out of Intercom. You'll be an integral part of the Sales team, working in Pre-Sales situations to ensure technical fit and create innovative, configured solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales reps to demonstrate value and drive deals functionally and technically
- Lead discovery processes to uncover prospects' business objectives and challenges
- Deliver configured presentations and demos focused on business requirements
- Guide and complete Trials and Proof of Concepts
- Coach customers on Intercom usage and best practices
- Validate technical requirements (Security evaluation, SSI, SAML, Integrations, API usage)
- Lead internal teams on projects and training
Required Skills:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- 5+ years in the Computer Industry, 3+ years of Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting experience in a SaaS organization
- Experience with coding/scripting and working with RESTful APIs
- Ability to think strategically and work under pressure
- Collaborative mindset for working with global teams
