Requirements For Technical Support Engineer

  • Understanding of Web dev basics (HTML, Javascript, CSS), Git, Ruby, Rails, APIs
  • Understanding of REST API, SDKs & Webhooks
  • Solid understanding of tech fundamentals + modern day tools

  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and utilize resources
