We're seeking a Head of Community, Developer Marketing to lead our developer community initiatives. This role is crucial in building and nurturing our developer ecosystem through engaging content, events, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will create and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and increase brand awareness while fostering strong relationships within the developer community.

As the Head of Community, Developer Marketing, you'll be responsible for creating outstanding developer-facing content across various channels, organizing events like hackathons and webinars, and analyzing community engagement metrics to optimize strategies. You'll collaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure our community thrives and aligns with company goals.

Responsibilities For Community, Developer Marketing - Head

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the developer community through various online and offline channels
  • Create and manage developer-focused content, including tutorials, case studies, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts
  • Organize and execute developer-focused events such as webinars, hackathons, meetups, and conferences
  • Analyze community engagement data, feedback, and sentiment to assess the effectiveness of community initiatives
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key players in the developer ecosystem

Requirements For Community, Developer Marketing - Head

  • 3-5 years of experience in developer relations, or developer marketing
  • Strong understanding of developer culture, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with content creation, event planning, and managing social media platforms
  • Proven track record of building and scaling community engagement initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure success through data and metrics
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
