Staff Product Security Engineer

Intuit Credit Karma is seeking a Staff Product Security Engineer to join their Product Security team. This role is crucial in designing and influencing the technical strategy of Credit Karma's Product Security Team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the security posture of products and services, collaborating across all engineering teams and product development organizations. They will serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving holistic security architectural and technical strategy across interdependent teams
• Partnering with senior product leadership to align business outcomes with technical strategy
• Influencing frameworks, abstractions, and patterns used by development teams
• Implementing state-of-the-art security technologies
• Communicating architectural and design options at all levels
• Acting as an industry thought leader
• Growing a strong security culture and mentoring rising leaders

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in designing and leading large security architectural efforts
• Expertise in modern technology stacks and architectural patterns
• Experience with security programs like Data Security, API Security, and Zero Trust architecture
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
