  • Craft platform product strategy with cross-functional teams
  • Build and lead a team of platform PMs
  • Manage product management process from backlog to roadmapping
  • Create product requirements documents

  • Take data-driven approach in defining success metrics

Requirements For Group Platform Product Manager, Tax Tooling and Knowledge Management

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or related field
  • Track record of managing a team of a minimum of 3 product managers
  • Deep understanding of product management processes, particularly platform PM role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record in platform PM roles and delivering platform capabilities
  • Technical depth in SaaS software development
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
