Description For Key Account Manager

Intuit, a leading global financial technology platform, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding Mid-Market Managed Account Sales Team. This role is crucial in driving Intuit's mission to disrupt the Small Business Mid-Market segment through the QuickBooks Digital Ecosystem. As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new growth and protecting revenue for assigned customers, focusing on businesses with $25M+ annual revenue and multiple locations.

The position offers a unique blend of strategic sales and consultative expertise, where you'll work closely with C-level executives to deliver compelling ROI presentations and navigate complex selling processes. You'll be part of a dynamic sales organization that prioritizes customer success, leveraging the latest tools and technology to solve critical business challenges. The role requires a deep understanding of SaaS platform solutions and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This remote position offers competitive compensation, including base pay ranging from $134,500 to $256,000 (varying by location), plus bonus potential and equity rewards. The role involves up to 30% travel and provides an excellent opportunity for career growth within one of Intuit's fastest-growing business units. You'll be instrumental in helping customers optimize their financial operations through Intuit's comprehensive suite of products, including QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience, exceptional territory management skills, and a proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales. You'll need to demonstrate strong financial acumen, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple industries.

Responsibilities For Key Account Manager

  • Role model Intuit's Values and foster an Inclusive Environment
  • Prospect and proactively make recommendations to drive improvements for existing customers business
  • Articulate the Intuit Value Propositions of the Quickbooks Online Ecosystem
  • Deliver C-Level Executive presentations with clear ROI
  • Grow and manage Sales funnel to meet quarterly sales targets
  • Navigate complex selling processes while working with key Partners
  • Cross-functional facilitation and resource leveraging
  • Meet key metrics including Quota Attainment, Close Rates, Pipeline Velocity, and Retention improvements

Requirements For Key Account Manager

  • 5+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales experience
  • 5+ years of territory building and management across multiple states
  • Experience with SaaS customers who own multiple locations (5+ sites)
  • Experience selling SaaS platform solutions
  • High EQ/IQ - Business and Sales Acumen
  • Demonstrated capability in managing pipeline through Salesforce
  • Experience with sales methodologies (Challenger, SPIN, Solution or Sandler)
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred
  • Working knowledge of Client Management lifecycle
