As TurboTax continues to expand our offerings to deliver our vision of "Getting Taxes Done for Everyone," this vital people manager role is also a subject matter expert with demonstrated experience creating, launching, and managing web-based experiments and personalized user experiences using a CMS.
The ideal candidate has experience managing web authors and strives in a high-pace environment with established quality and governance. This role sits in the Consumer Group's marketing operations team and requires strong working partnership with Marketing Strategy, Product Managers, Analytics, Design and Development teams to bring these web experiences to life.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team responsible for executing go-to-market setup and maintenance of TurboTax experimentation across the TurboTax.com domain via Intuit's experimentation, personalization, and content management platforms
- Partner and work cross-functionally with product, XD, engineering, analytics, and web operations teams to align on priorities and activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, support web operations peers in problem solving, validation of A/B test setup and execution of quality control activities
- Identify and problem-solve roadblocks and functional requirements to successful task completion
- Collaborate with XD resources to ensure designs fit within existing templates and components
- Provide and execute on SEO best practices, site mapping, user pathways, and information architecture
- Develop and execute processes to improve content quality, maintainability, and usability
- Vet requirements from marketing strategy, product managers, and other key stakeholders
- Manage multiple competing priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in marketing experimentation software, content personalization methodologies, and customer data platforms
- 5+ years of experience using Content Management Systems
- Deep expertise in Agile software development methodology and Project Management processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on knowledge of UX, SEO and other factors that impact web conversions
- Skilled in CSS, HTML and JavaScript and creating UI experiences from Figma
- Effective cross-team collaborator
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, business, or relevant field of study
