  • Manage team responsible for TurboTax experimentation across TurboTax.com domain
  • Partner with product, XD, engineering, analytics, and web operations teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, support web operations
  • Identify and problem-solve roadblocks and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with XD resources on designs and templates
  • Provide and execute SEO best practices
  • Develop processes to improve content quality and maintainability
  • Vet requirements from marketing strategy and product managers
  • Manage multiple competing priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment

  • 5+ years experience in marketing experimentation software, content personalization methodologies, and customer data platforms
