Description For Manager 2, Software Engineering

Intuit, a leading global financial technology platform serving 100 million customers worldwide through products like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to join their Identity platform team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a founding member of a new initiative within the Identity organization, focused on building a large customer network to facilitate meaningful connections between customers and businesses.

The role involves leading the development of crucial platform capabilities including identity verification, KYC/KYB, identity resolution, Similarity Detection, Search and Recommendations, and Knowledge Graph. These capabilities will not only enable new connections but also support fraud prevention, compliance, and personalized recommendations across the Intuit ecosystem.

As a Manager 2, Software Engineering, you'll have the unique opportunity to influence strategy and shape the vision of this fast-growing initiative. You'll lead a highly motivated team while enjoying a startup-like culture within an established organization. The position requires strong technical leadership, with a focus on building and maintaining distributed systems at scale.

The ideal candidate will bring 6-7 years of software development experience, strong leadership capabilities, and preferably domain knowledge in identity, knowledge graphs, or machine learning.
