Description For Manager 3, Financial Planning and Analysis

Join Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG), a $8B+ revenue business unit serving 8M+ customers with QuickBooks products. As a Senior Finance Manager in the US GBSG Finance team, you'll support the US Marketing Organization, reporting to the US QuickBooks Accounting, Mid-Market Finance Director. This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on analytical work, requiring both team management and business partnership skills.

Responsibilities For Manager 3, Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Team coaching and mentoring 2-3 financial analysts
  • Strategic planning and business advisory for US Marketing leadership team
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators with Marketing and Analytics teams
  • Create financial models to analyze complex business scenarios
  • Prepare financial reporting deliverables and month-end close packages
  • Drive process improvements through streamlining, standardizing and automating processes

Requirements For Manager 3, Financial Planning and Analysis

  • 10+ years of experience, including 1+ years of supervisory responsibility
  • Experience in FP&A, management consulting or investment banking
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong accounting knowledge especially in software/SaaS environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and influence all levels of leadership
  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing business models (preferred)
  • MBA (preferred)
