Responsibilities For Manager 3, Product Design
- Define and drive design strategy to stimulate change and progress across the organization
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional partners to help drive and influence product vision and strategy
- Set a high-quality bar and guide teams to deliver exceptional experiences without compromising velocity
- Provide coaching, mentorship, feedback and career development for team members
- Communicate effectively to inspire and align stakeholders, using stories and visuals to evoke emotional responses
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to draw insights, craft strategies, guide teams, and inform decision-making
Requirements For Manager 3, Product Design
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a related field
- Portfolio of past work demonstrating strong craft, process, and rigor
- Deep understanding of user interface, interaction, content, and visual design
- Successful track record in overseeing large-scale design experiences
- Strong business acumen and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and senior leaders
- Ability to develop and communicate key stories, mission, and vision of the team
- Proficient in using analytics to derive actionable insights and measure KPIs
- Knowledgeable about design trends in mobile, web, and AI with experience designing for accessibility and usability
