Description For Principal Communications Manager

Intuit is seeking a dynamic and experienced communicator to lead executive and employee communications as part of Intuit's communications team. This Principal Communications Manager will be responsible for driving best-in-class internal communications programs that inform, engage, and galvanize Intuit's employees around the most critical priorities of the People and Places organization. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing and storytelling skills, deep business acumen, and operational rigor to deliver innovative, end-to-end communications strategies that achieve business outcomes.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $184,500 - $249,500 for Bay Area California and $174,000 - $235,500 for Southern California, plus eligibility for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
