Description For Principal Product Manager

Intuit, a global financial technology leader powering products like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, is seeking a Principal Product Manager for their Identity Platform team. This role is central to enabling Intuit's ecosystem vision and mission of "Powering Prosperity around the World."

The position focuses on leading the Authentication capability, empowering users to securely access their accounts while protecting sensitive workflows. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical understanding with customer empathy and creative problem-solving abilities. They will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy of Intuit's Identity Authentication capability, working closely with architects and engineers to design secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities For Principal Product Manager

  • Define and lead the vision and strategy for the Intuit Identity Authentication capability
  • Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions
  • Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics and priorities
  • Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant scale
  • Partner with program management to manage dependencies across teams
  • Work with business offering teams to understand requirements and priorities
  • Spend time with end-users to understand pain points and gather insights
  • Represent the team in presentations and events internally and externally

Requirements For Principal Product Manager

  • 10+ years designing and delivering world-class platform products in Product Management
  • Strong understanding of identity, authentication and security concepts
  • Track record in defining and delivering products solving customer needs
  • Previous experience managing a team and coaching individuals
  • Technical depth in SaaS software development
  • Demonstrated success in data driven approach
  • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • BS or technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience
