  • Deeply understand customer problems and needs through research, studies, and metrics
  • Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with engineering, architecture teams, and business stakeholders
  • Set clear vision, define roadmap and share with cross functional teams
  • Inspire and lead team to execute and deliver solutions
  • Prioritize team's backlog for maximum customer impact

Requirements For Principal Product Manager

Python
  • Experience in user behavior data collection, data persistence services, data access management, data quality platform, data lake, data mesh
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Product Manager in a modern, data-driven environment
  • Proven track record of working with engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and executives
  • Experience in building self-serve products, SDKs and APIs
  • Strong ability to think through unifying elements and create engineering-ready user stories
  • Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and Domain Driven Design
  • Data driven approach for customer understanding and roadmap prioritization
  • Ability to work in an agile fashion
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects
