Responsibilities For Principal Product Manager (Ecommerce)

  • Develop and own high-level roadmap and detailed delivery plans for ecommerce-specific functionality across the Mailchimp suite
  • Interact with ecommerce customers across all business units to understand pain points and requirements
  • Use data/metrics-driven product development approach and define success criteria
  • Manage prioritization of strategic features and capabilities

Requirements For Principal Product Manager (Ecommerce)

  • 5-7 years of Product Management experience in a top tech company, MarTech company, or innovative technology startup
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce principles and best practices
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong background working with ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, or CRM
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in ecommerce contexts
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or software engineering background is a plus
