Responsibilities For Principal Product Manager: SMB Payments

  • Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the SMB AR experience
  • Set vision and devise strategy for target customer persona, problem solving, competitive positioning, roadmap planning, and metrics setting
  • Build optimal solutions balancing quality and velocity, validate customer experience, and manage effectively
