As the Principal Product Manager, you'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, driving research, creating metrics, overseeing product validation, and coordinating across various teams including Financial Management, Payments, Bill Pay, Payroll, and Time. Responsibilities For Principal Product Manager, Strategic Mid-Market Growth

  • Lead process of understanding and managing Mid Market customers needs across QuickBooks platform
  • Drive research and tests to understand Mid Market customer problems and jobs-to-be-done
  • Create and track key metrics to measure capabilities against market needs
  • Oversee validation of product plans for mid-market customers
  • Coordinate and prioritize needs across Intuit Mid Market ecosystem
  • Work across product teams to deliver top-tier enterprise solutions
  • Support marketing and sales teams in developing value propositions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external sales partners
