Principal Technical Program Manager - Fintech Risk Technology and Operations

Intuit, a leading global financial technology platform, is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for their Fintech Risk Technology and Operations portfolio. This role sits within the Fintech Product PMO, whose mission is to accelerate organizational outcomes by driving clarity and uniting cross-functional teams. The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge financial technology products that serve approximately 100 million customers worldwide through brands like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience leading complex SaaS development projects and will play a crucial role in providing technical guidance across the organization. They will partner closely with Engineering Architects and Leaders to manage a large portfolio of high-priority deliverables, implement sustainable program structures, and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Key responsibilities include managing risks and escalations, driving program roadmaps, and effectively communicating with senior leadership. The role requires someone who can thrive in establishing order amid ambiguity, possess excellent influencing skills, and demonstrate strong technical acumen in SaaS technologies and modern development methodologies.

This position offers competitive compensation, including a strong base salary range of $225,500 - $301,000, plus additional benefits and equity opportunities.
