Intuit is seeking a strategic and creative problem solver with a passion for innovation to join their team as a Product Manager 2 in the ProConnect business unit. This role involves revolutionizing the way the world does taxes by developing awesome customer experiences for accountants and their clients. The successful candidate will lead with a clear product vision and have a track record of solving big customer problems.

Key responsibilities include: • Deeply understanding customers through research, usability studies, and direct engagement • Identifying market opportunities and prioritizing customer needs • Developing product roadmaps and managing the product lifecycle • Leveraging data to prioritize product backlog • Designing and launching revenue-generating, customer-driven software products • Cross-functional collaboration with various teams • Building products that deliver great customer experiences

The ideal candidate will have: • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, designing and delivering world-class software products • Proven track record of shipping end-to-end customer experiences • Strong technical understanding and ability to manage tradeoffs • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Data-driven approach to product strategy • Strong execution skills and ability to drive work to completion • Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline (MBA is a plus)

Responsibilities For Product Manager 2

  • Deeply understand the customer with customer research, usability studies, experiments, and talking to customers
  • Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights
  • Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations
  • Leverage data to ruthlessly prioritize a product backlog to focus on the most impactful customer problems
  • Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release
  • Design and bring to market revenue generating, customer-driven software products
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience, analytics, and support to design, build, and launch features that deliver value to our customers and partners
  • Build products that deliver great customer experiences

Requirements For Product Manager 2

  • 3+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
  • Demonstrated experience shipping end-to-end customer experiences
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and make fast decisions in the face of ambiguity
  • Effective influencer and communicator across multiple teams
  • Ability to turn data and customer insights into product strategy
  • Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, science, math or a related technical discipline required, MBA a plus
