Join Intuit's Small Business & Self-Employed Group as a UK Accounting, Direct Tax & Payroll Compliance Analyst. This role combines technical expertise in UK accounting and payroll with strategic product development support. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring QuickBooks products remain compliant with UK accounting rules and regulations. Responsibilities For Senior Program Manager

  • Research, analyse, and document UK accounting & legislative changes for QuickBooks Small Business products
  • Understanding compliance and its impact on customers
  • Research, analyse, and document UK payroll & legislative changes
  • Provide and maintain suitable test scenarios for annual tax updates
  • Communicate UK accounting, direct tax & payroll legislation to engineering, design, and product management teams
  • Ensure UK accounting direct tax & payroll accreditation and e-file recognition
  • Deliver changes to Corporation and Personal tax
  • Prepare written or verbal presentations to business teams
  • Manage independent task plans
  • Support accounting queries from QuickBooks product teams

Requirements For Senior Program Manager

  • Accounting degree or similar
  • Membership to a relevant accountancy body
  • Expert understanding of UK accounting, direct tax & payroll legislation and compliance
  • Working knowledge of business process and analytical tools
  • Basic understanding of systems development lifecycles
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within an organisation
  • Advanced business knowledge of functional areas
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Track record of working with geographically dispersed teams
