Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining our ServiceNow platform to streamline processes and enhance productivity across the organization. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and a proven track record of successful implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform and related systems
• Conduct requirements analysis for new features and enhancements
• Architect, develop, integrate, and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
• Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, and UI components
• Participate in design reviews and user requirements sessions
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom views
• Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow users
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices
• Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ServiceNow certifications and ITIL v3 Foundations Certification are a plus
