Intuit is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Tech for Intuit organization's Digital Workplace Management team. This role focuses on transforming technology for the hybrid workforce and accelerating generative AI user experiences across Intuit. The ideal candidate will work with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to rapidly deliver GenAI experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing common components, frameworks, and models for AI-native and fullstack LLM apps
- Owning end-to-end development of frameworks, models, and ML pipelines
- Exploring new developments in GenAI/AI and applying improvements to existing use cases
- Rapid prototyping and experimentation to build high-accuracy, performant frameworks and models
- Developing web services leveraging Large Language Models and VectorDBs
- Delivering and reviewing high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and performant code
- Designing technical solutions for incremental product vision delivery
- Prioritizing and executing user stories with the team
- Proactively improving code, processes, and team dynamics
- Mentoring colleagues from technical and growth perspectives
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in computer science/engineering or equivalent work experience
- Strong CS fundamentals and ML expertise
- Advanced experience in model training, tuning, evaluation, and optimization
- Knowledge of data science tools and frameworks
- 5+ years of experience developing highly scalable web applications
- Expert knowledge of backend software development and Python
- Experience with Java, GenAI applications, AWS, and Kubernetes

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $161,500 - $219,000 for this position in New York, along with bonus potential, equity rewards, and benefits.
