Requirements For Senior Staff Data Scientist
- 6+ years of industry experience with AI and machine learning
- MS or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of hands-on expertise in ML paradigms
- Proficient in multiple optimization paradigms
- Proficient in Generative AI, NLP, Explainable AI, and ML frameworks
- Expertise in Python, Scala, and/or Java
- Efficient in SQL, Hive, SparkSQL
- Experience with building end-to-end reusable pipelines
- Quick learner, adaptable, with ability to work independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills
