Senior Staff Product Manager, Futures

Join Intuit's Futures team as a Senior Staff Product Manager. The Futures team develops and incubates emerging technologies, user experiences, and capabilities that will transform the future of our customers, products, and business. Our work focuses on solving problems for our customers, small businesses and consumers, with technologies such as AI and leading edge fintech. We work with teams across Intuit to influence and contribute to Intuit's business and strategy. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibilities from spearheading to launching the next generation of customer experiences and capabilities for our current and future customers. You will be part of a talented multi-disciplined team of designers, engineers, data scientists, product managers, researchers and data analysts incubating trajectory changing experiences and services for Intuit.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a flexible strategy for emerging technology initiatives
• Define and drive the initiative roadmap
• Understand how technology shifts could impact customers
• Collaborate across organizational groups
• Work closely with various Intuit teams
• Anticipate and resolve strategic issues
• Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics
• Create and maintain momentum
• Be a mentor to other PMs on the team

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience in fintech or gaming
• Passion for solving big customer problems
• Experimental mindset
• Strategic thinker and tactical executor
• Comfortable with building and nurturing new experiences
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Demonstrated team-building skills
• Self-starter, adaptable, persuasive, and tenacious
• Undergraduate degree in business with relevant specialization; MBA is a plus
