Description For Senior Staff Technical Program Manager - Release Management

Intuit, a leading global financial technology platform serving approximately 100 million customers worldwide through products like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead their Release Management function within the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG).

This is a groundbreaking opportunity to establish and shape the Release Management function from the ground up. The role demands a strategic mindset to develop comprehensive frameworks and processes that will ensure smooth, coordinated product launches across diverse stakeholders and functions.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in release management or program management, with a proven track record of building new functions and driving organizational change. You'll need exceptional stakeholder management skills to collaborate with product management, marketing, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include defining release management strategy, driving end-to-end release planning, managing cross-functional dependencies, and implementing continuous improvement processes. You'll serve as the central point of contact for all release-related activities, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $187,500 to $254,000, plus additional benefits and equity rewards.
