Description For Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, Trust and Safety

Intuit, a leading global financial technology platform serving 100 million customers worldwide, is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager for their Trust & Safety portfolio. This role represents a unique opportunity to drive critical initiatives in cybersecurity and fraud prevention at a massive scale.

The position demands a strategic leader who can navigate complex technical landscapes while delivering transformative change. You'll be working with VP+ leaders to shape and execute programs that directly impact customer security and trust across Intuit's product suite, including TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.

As the Senior Staff TPM, you'll be at the intersection of technology and security, leading programs that require deep understanding of software development methodologies, security protocols, and risk management. The role offers the chance to influence at the highest levels of the organization while mentoring other program managers and building best practices.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, combined with strong analytical capabilities and exceptional communication skills. Requirements For Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, Trust and Safety

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale technical programs in matrix organizations
  • Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycles
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data analysis and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with data analytics and AI/ML concepts is a plus
