Intuit, a leading global financial technology platform, is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join their Trust & Safety portfolio. This role is crucial in spearheading fraud prevention programs and providing strategic leadership for critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in leading complex technical programs and possess deep expertise in software development methodologies.

The position offers an opportunity to work with VP+ leaders, driving strategic programs that align with Intuit's mission of powering prosperity for approximately 100 million customers worldwide. You'll be responsible for protecting customers through sophisticated fraud prevention initiatives while working with products like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.

As a Senior Staff TPM, you'll lead transformative changes in cybersecurity and fraud prevention, develop program management best practices, and mentor other program managers. The role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. You'll be expected to make data-driven decisions, analyze industry trends, and navigate the complex landscape of security, risk, and fraud.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, experience with Agile methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering results in a matrixed organization.
