Software Engineer 2

Intuit is seeking a Full-stack Engineer to join their Gen AI foundation team, which is building a next-generation platform for LLM-based applications. In this role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge solutions to enable speed and agility through the development experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Work on enterprise-level complex systems
• Develop using programming languages such as Java and Python
• Front-end development using React.js (preferred)
• Work with nodeJs and related frameworks (Express, Loopback, Meteor)
• Utilize cloud infrastructures like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Handle back-end integration, web services & APIs (REST, GraphQL, JSON, XML, ProtoBuf)
• Evaluate design approaches, build frameworks, and improve existing systems
• Work with build systems, CI/CD tools, and application analytics/monitoring
• Use git and GitHub repositories
• Work with Nexus and Artifactory
• Manage package managers (yum, rpm, apt)
• Implement security best practices in coding and operations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise-level complex systems
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and nodeJs
• 1+ year of front-end development experience (React.js preferred)
• Experience with cloud infrastructures and back-end integration
• Familiarity with build systems, CI/CD tools, and version control
• Strong understanding of security best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple customers
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to mentor fellow engineers and lead small teams
• Flexibility to work across US and India time zones
