Responsibilities For Sr. Technical Support Engineer

  • Coach and develop a team to provide technical and partner support
  • Ensure contracted support commitments are exceeded
  • Communicate frequently with bank executives to maintain close partnerships
  • Maintain technical knowledge of APIs, including FDX and OFX
  • Work cross-functionally with product, platform, and customer success teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with contracted partners

Requirements For Sr. Technical Support Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years leadership experience in client or partner-facing customer support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with APIs, including FDX and OFX
  • Experience leading teams
  • Deep understanding of Incident Management processes
  • Strong Project/Program Management experience
  • Knowledge of Quicken Windows/Mac, Quickbooks Windows/Mac, and Quickbooks Online
  • Strong familiarity with Splunk, REST API concepts, and authentication methods
  • Minimum 3 years experience resolving complex technical issues with Intuit software
